IT Staff / FDA – DW / Room Division Manager

GRAND MIAMI HOTEL – WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. IT STAFF
– Minimum SMK in Computer & Network Engineering (TKJ), Software Engineering (RPL), or related IT fields
– Able to manage, update, and maintain the hotel website and CMS
– Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware & software
– Fresh graduates welcome; experience in web management/IT support preferred
– Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage; basic–intermediate English

2. FDA – DW
– Proficient in the VHP hotel system
– Minimum SMA/SMK; SMK Perhotelan preferred; fresh graduates welcome
– Strong communication skills, well-groomed, fluent in English

3. ROOM DIVISION MANAGER
– Proficient in the VHP hotel system
– At least 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably with a Front Office background
– Able to work under pressure, well-groomed, fluent in English
