– Sous Chef

Requirements:
– 2-3+ years of professional kitchen experience (Sous Chef, CDP or Senior Cook)
– Experience supervising and training kitchen staff
– Good understanding of food preparation, recipe standardization and food safety
– Reliable, punctual and committed to the work schedule
– Good English communication skills
– Basic computer skills and willingness to learn the Syrve system
