Kualifikasi/Persyaratan:
• Minimum Vocational High School (Culinary) / Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent (1)(2)(3) / Senior High School or equivalent (4)(5)
• Relevant working experience in related roles:
• minimum 5 years in catering/banquet kitchen (1)
• minimum 3 years in restaurant/café (2)
• minimum 1-2 years in banquet, catering, or hotel kitchen (3)
• minimum 1-2 years as a Storekeeper (4)
• Experienced in large-scale food production (mass production) and teamwork (1)(3)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian & Western cuisine, including cooking techniques and plating (1)(2)(3)
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills in kitchen operations (1)(2)
• Good understanding of food costing, inventory control, and waste management (1)(4)
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP) (1)(2)(3)
• Familiar with stock opname, FIFO/FEFO system, and basic inventory administration (4)
• Knowledge of public area cleaning standards, use of cleaning equipment & chemicals according to SOP, and basic MEP knowledge (electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance) (5)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, overtime, and event schedules (1)(2)(3)(5)
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during events (1)(3)
• Physically fit, disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing a good working attitude (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)
