Production Assistant – House of Okami

We’re Hiring! House of Okami is looking for:
– Production Assistant

About the role:
– Inventory & Stock: systematically manage, count, and track all physical & digital stock (materials, trims, finished goods)
– Dispatch & Shipping: handle all local deliveries and international freight (general orders & sample requests)
– Vendor Control: track, verify, and reconcile all materials sent to and returned from external vendors

Requirements:
– Experience in garment inventory control & vendor material workflows (trims, accessories, fabric)
– High accuracy, detail-oriented, and reliable
– Basic written and spoken English
– Ability to manage workflows independently
