Shopkeeper / Admin & Operations Staff / Store Manager

We’re Hiring! Bottega Natura – Organic Store & Deli

1) SHOPKEEPER
Key responsibilities: friendly customer service, product information & recommendations, operate POS (cash & digital), keep the store clean and organized, support daily store operations.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year of experience as a shopkeeper, sales assistant, or retail staff
– Retail store/supermarket experience is preferred
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Able to communicate in English, at least at a conversational level
– Friendly, polite, honest, responsible, disciplined, punctual
– Able to operate POS systems and handle cash and digital transactions
– Interest in healthy living, organic food, and natural products is an advantage

2) ADMIN & OPERATIONS STAFF
Key responsibilities: manage daily administrative and retail operations, prepare operational reports, handle invoices and payment records, coordinate with suppliers, staff and management, monitor store operations.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in retail administration and operations
– Retail store/supermarket experience is required
– Strong administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
– Familiar with POS systems and retail operations
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written

3) STORE MANAGER
Key responsibilities: oversee daily store operations, lead/train/evaluate staff, monitor inventory and expiry, achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, coordinate with suppliers.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail management (preferably organic / health food / lifestyle retail)
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Fluent in English (spoken and written)
– Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and merchandising
– Experienced with POS systems and sales reporting
– Passionate about healthy living, organic products, and sustainability
