Operations Executive / Barista / Front Counter

Tanu by Hukma — a new cafe in Ubud — is hiring for its Opening Team:
– Operations Executive
– Barista / Front Counter

Operations Executive:
– Fluent in English
– Experience with PMS (e.g. Cloudbeds, GuestPro) and POS system
– Handle bookings, guest inquiries, villa reservations, check-in/check-out
– Manage daily operations, cash handling and basic accounting
– Coordinate with kitchen, service and maintenance; good leadership
– Min. 2 years in hotel/villa or restaurant operations

Barista / Front Counter:
– Fluent in English
– Coffee & latte art skills, able to create drink recipes (matcha, collagen, mocktails)
– Handle cash counter and POS
– Focus on decorative, Instagram-worthy presentation
– Min. 2 years experience
