General Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
– Min. 3–5 years experience in IT operations or IT management, preferably in hospitality
– Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, network & information security
– Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and daily IT operations incl. hotel website & digital systems
– Good leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
