Guests choose their own protein, carbs, fats, and vegetables from a macro-friendly menu, with every dish built around fresh, high-quality ingredients. Alongside dine-in and takeaway, we offer home delivery to the surrounding residential community, with a focus on plastic-free, compostable packaging. Real food, better days.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our opening kitchen team and shape the menu that defines FORM. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be developing recipes, training the team, and working the bowl station during service, all while building the standards that will carry the kitchen forward as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Finalize the menu, recipes, and food costing
• Lead, hire, and train the kitchen team
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Manage inventory and daily kitchen operations
• Maintain quality and consistency across every bowl
• Work the bowl station during service

Requirements

• Good attitude and a strong work ethic
• 3+ years of kitchen experience
• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Strong menu development and food costing skills
