Requirements:
– Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and refined guest service standards
– Exceptional communication skills with a natural warmth and elegance
– Impeccable grooming, professional presence, and guest engagement
– Good command of English, both spoken and written
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence
– For F&B positions, a good understanding of HACCP principles, food safety, hygiene standards, and safe food handling practices
