– Cluster E-Commerce
– Cluster Sales

Requirements:
Cluster E-Commerce:
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce, online reservation or digital marketing in hospitality industry (hotel or villa)
– Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OTAs, channel management and rate strategies
– Experience in managing hotel/villa online content
– Able to analyze market trends, competitor rates, and guest review insights
– Proficient in using hotel system (e.g. VHP, Opera, SiteMinder or similar) and extranet management
– Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
– Creative, proactive and detail-oriented
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Familiar with social media and basic digital marketing is an advantage
– Willing to be based in Bali and flexible with working hours

Cluster Sales:
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales position in hotel, villa or related hospitality industry
– Strong knowledge of the local market, travel agents, corporate accounts, MICE and online/offline channels
– Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
– Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients and event organizers
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Creative, proactive and target-driven with excellent time management
– Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of a team
– Able to travel for sales calls and client meetings when required
– Willing to be based in Bali and flexible with working hours
