I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) — Bali

Key Responsibilities:
-Promote car rental services to airport passengers and potential customers.
-Assist customers with rental inquiries, bookings, vehicle selection, and pricing information.
-Handle booking administration, maintain customer records, and update rental data using digital applications and spreadsheets.
-Provide professional customer service to local and international customers.
-Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
-Good command of spoken and written English.
-Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
-Sales experience in car rental, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus.
-Willing to work in an airport environment and on a flexible schedule.
