Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in spa /wellness industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of spa operations and guest service management
• Excellent communication skills with firm decision-making ability and empathetic leadership style
• High level of attention to detail, discipline, and consistency in work quality
• Proficient in using digital systems (reservation, cashier, reporting tools)
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English skills

Qualifications:
• Diploma degree (Hospitality is a plus)
