Padma Hotel Bandung is hiring:
– Sous Chef

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel, preferably in a five-star property
– Strong hands-on experience in Italian cuisine, including pasta, risotto, sauces, and Italian menu preparation
– Proven ability to supervise kitchen operations, lead a culinary team, and maintain food quality and consistency
– Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, hygiene, and food safety standards
– Indonesian citizen with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure
