Kaya Crêpes Lab is hiring!
– Operations Manager (Full-time · On-site · Berawa, Canggu)

Your mission:
01 Team & shifts – lead the crew, build weekly rosters, train and coach on every shift
02 Stock & inventory – daily counts, weekly full inventory, FIFO, zero stock-outs in store and on delivery apps
03 Purchasing – place orders, manage and negotiate with suppliers, check quality on every delivery
04 Cost control – track food cost and waste every day, keep every expense on budget
05 Quality & hygiene – opening & closing checklists, food safety, the same perfect crêpe every time
06 Reporting – daily sales and weekly KPI report, straight to the founders

You bring:
– 2+ years managing in F&B
– Confident with Google Sheets
– Fluent Bahasa + good English
– Organized, leads by example
