Human Resources Development: able to develop training programs and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA); skilled in developing KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and employee evaluation methods; strong recruitment skills with an established network across recruitment platforms, job portals and talent communities.

Franchise Cafe Manager: experienced in developing a franchise business from scratch, from concept development to franchise launch; knowledge of franchise requirements, business models, franchise fees, royalty structures, and operational systems; strong knowledge of F&B operations, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and profitability.

Barista: minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe; proficient in operating espresso machines and coffee equipment.
