Murmur is a popular lounge restaurant in Canggu with high service standards. We are looking for an experienced hostess who enjoys communicating with people, knows how to take care of guests, and can manage seating efficiently.

*Requirements*
* Strong hostess or hospitality experience
* Confident English (B2+)
* Strong reservation and seating management skills
* Genuine desire to communicate, help guests, and make them feel comfortable
* Flexible to work different shifts

*Responsibilities*
* Welcome guests and make sure they feel well taken care of
* Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating efficiently
* Keep the guest flow organized with the team + complete a short shift report

Shifts
17:00–01:00

*Salary & Benefits*
* Total monthly income: 3.7M–6.1M IDR, depending on experience and skills
* Includes basic salary, service charge, meals, and transport
* Experienced candidates can start at a higher level after a skill assessment
* Official employment + uniform
* Paid vacation, sick leave, public holidays + THR
* BPJS TK after 3 months
* Regular training and salary growth
