• Min. 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
• Experienced in artisan bread production, especially sourdough, focaccia, breadsticks & crackers
• Strong understanding of fermentation, dough handling & baking processes
• Able to maintain product consistency & quality standards
• Good teamwork, communication & time management skills
• Passionate about bakery & pastry production
