General requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality position is preferred
– Conversational proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean
– Good command of English
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
– Fresh graduates with conversational proficiency in one of the required languages are welcome to apply
