– Engineering Staff
– Sushi Chef

Requirements:
– Engineering Staff: min. 1–2 years in engineering/maintenance (hotel or hospitality preferred), basic electrical, plumbing & air conditioning knowledge, willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
– Sushi Chef: min. 2–3 years as Sushi Chef or Nikkei Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel, strong knowledge of sushi, sashimi & Nikkei cuisine.
