– Director of Food & Beverage
– Food & Beverage Manager

A luxury 5-star lifestyle hotel in the heart of Sudirman, Jakarta, looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join the Food & Beverage leadership team.

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a luxury 5-star hotel, upscale dining, or high-energy bar & restaurant environment
– Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, refined service, guest experience, and F&B trends
– Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing F&B teams
– Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
– Good understanding of F&B financials, cost control, revenue, and business development
– Well-groomed, sophisticated, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences
– Open to Indonesian citizens only
