– Business Development Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or business development
Established corporate and industrial network in East Java
Strong hunter profile with proven new-business acquisition experience
Experience in project, government, MICE, or long-stay business is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Responsibilities:
Develop corporate and industrial accounts across East Java
Identify and acquire new business opportunities
Target project, government, MICE, and long-stay business
Build and maintain a qualified 90-day new-business pipeline
Convert prospects into business opportunities and revenue
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
