Firefly is expanding in Uluwatu, and we are looking for motivated, intelligent and communicative therapists who are passionate about beauty, wellness and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You only need professional experience in at least ONE of these areas:

• Facials with manual extraction
• Lymphatic drainage massage
• Maderotherapy / wood therapy
• Laser hair removal
• Head spa treatments

You don’t need to know everything! If you are talented, professional and willing to learn, Firefly will provide training to help you develop skills across our other treatments.

💸 HOW YOU CAN EARN MORE

Base salary +++

• Rp50,000 commission for every client personally treated
• 10% commission on treatment packages personally sold
• 10% commission on retail products personally sold
• Rp50,000 recognition bonus when a genuine Google review mentions your name
• Rp500,000 monthly team-performance bonus
• Excellent opportunity to receive tips from international clients

Estimated total earnings are Rp5,500,000–Rp10,000,000 per month, depending on client volume, performance, sales, bonuses and tips. Earnings are performance-based and may vary.

⏰ WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS

• 7 working hours per day
• 6 working days per week
• 1 weekly day off
