QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position specializing in Japanese cuisine/Teppanyaki.
– Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, Teppanyaki cooking techniques, and food presentation.
– Able to maintain consistent food quality according to company standards.
– Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
– Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
– Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
– Positive attitude, creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
