Requirements:
– Excellent command in English, written and spoken
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy
– Chief Steward: min. 3 years experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or luxury kitchen
– Asst. Security & Risk Manager: min. 2 years in the same role
– Finance & Purchasing: strong coordination skills, familiar with Sunsystem, Purchaseplus and Docmx
