– Villa Manager

Requirements:
– Min. 5–7 years in hotel or villa management, incl. 2–3 years in a revenue or sales leadership role
– Proven track record growing revenue & guest satisfaction in boutique/luxury properties
– Strong commercial acumen: pricing strategy, channel management, P&L
– Experience with PMS, OTA extranets & revenue management tools
– Good English & Indonesian; Bali-based or willing to relocate to Kuta
