Ascent Hotel & Cafe Malang (a member of Ascent Hospitality Group) is hiring!
– Assistant Chief Accounting

Responsibility: manage all financial operations and reporting, ensure compliance with financial SOPs and legal requirements, maintain healthy cash flow and profit targets through robust internal controls, and lead the team through internal audit, training, supervision and evaluation.

Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major
– Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting & finance experience, including 2 years as Accounting Leader
– Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred
– Solid understanding of hotel accounting, financial reporting, tax regulation, night audit, revenue system & departmental budgeting
– Proficient in Hotel PMS, accounting software and advanced MS Excel
– Detail-oriented, adaptive, able to meet deadlines
– Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
