HR Coordinator

The Amaroossa Bandung is hiring:
– HR Coordinator

Requirements:
– Min. Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Law, or Hospitality/Tourism
– 2–3 years of HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry
– Able to design and deliver training, development programs and onboarding
– Strong knowledge of recruitment (staff, daily workers, trainees), HR administration, BPJS and Indonesian Labor Law
– Proficient in Sunfish HRIS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets)
– Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, high integrity
