Welcome to Info Job Talent. By accessing and using the website infojobtalent.com (“Site”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Conditions of Use

Info Job Talent provides a job-portal service connecting companies (employers) with job seekers (candidates). Your use of this Site is subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein, including additional terms that apply to specific pages or sections of the Site.

2. Agreement

Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all applicable terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Site and our services.

3. Modifications to the Site and These Terms

Info Job Talent reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue the terms, conditions, links, content, information, package prices, and other materials offered through the Site at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, Info Job Talent reserves the right to refuse or cancel the related order. By continuing to use the Site after such changes, you are deemed to accept them.

4. Copyright

This Site is owned and operated by Info Job Talent. Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this Site — including trademarks, logos, and content — are the property of Info Job Talent and protected by copyright laws applicable in Indonesia and internationally. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, or distribute any material without written permission from Info Job Talent.

5. Account Registration

To use certain services, you must register by providing accurate and current information. You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account. You must not misuse or share your credentials, falsify your identity, or impersonate others.

6. Services and Packages

Job seekers may use Info Job Talent’s basic services for free. Companies may purchase job-posting packages with quotas and validity periods as listed on the packages page. The available number of posts is deducted each time you publish or republish a job.

7. Payment

Package payments are processed through the third-party payment provider Midtrans (PT Midtrans). By making a purchase, you are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of that payment provider. Info Job Talent does not store your card or account details; payment data is handled securely by Midtrans.

8. Refund Policy

Our service is a digital product (job-posting quota). Therefore:

Purchases of a package whose quota has already been used (partially or fully) are non-refundable.
Refund requests for a package that has not been used at all may be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment service/administration fees are non-refundable.

9. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload (job listings, company descriptions, resumes, photos, and more). You warrant that such content is lawful, not misleading, does not contain hateful, pornographic, violent, or harmful material, and does not infringe third-party rights. Info Job Talent reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove content that violates these terms without notice.

10. Electronic Communications

You agree that Info Job Talent may send emails regarding service changes, account information, application notifications, and offers we deem relevant. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or your account settings.

11. Privacy

Your information is safe with us. Personal data you provide is used only to operate the service and will not be misused or sold to others. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Info Job Talent is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the materials on the Site, including listings and data uploaded by users. Info Job Talent is an intermediary platform and does not guarantee recruitment outcomes, the validity of listings, or hiring decisions between companies and candidates.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Info Job Talent harmless from any third-party claims, demands, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your access to and/or use of the Site or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
